This position is for a DevOps Systems Engineer who will design and develop continuous integration and continuous delivery environments. You can expect to work on real world challenges for more than 20 mission critical NGA exploitation systems. Some of the technology disciplines you will be working with include Ant, Gnu Make, Maven, Microsoft .NET, SVN, Git and Jenkins. The ideal candidate for this position has a deep knowledge of continuous integration and delivery tools and practices.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and develop continuous integration and delivery infrastructure
- Establish build procedures to support software development
- Install and customize continuous integration tools
- Support final configuration management controlled builds and releases
- Create and maintain build scripts using various scripting languages
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical experience
- Hands on experience installing and customizing tools for continuous delivery such as Ant, Gnu Make, Maven, SVN, Git, and Jenkins
- Experience with Linux and Windows system administration
- Hands on experience with a scripting language such as csh, ksh, Perl, PowerShell or Python
